Weather: perfect

5:16, 10:33 (5:17), 16:15 (5:42), 22:11 (5:56), 27:43 (5:31)

Track time: 8:40 at the gun. Went out too fast and ate it in the 4th mile. Could probably hold 5:25's if I wasn't so hot off the line. Pretty good for poor sleeping and working overtime Saturday, happy with it. Experiment of racing w/o socks was successful.

90 minutes of some pretty intense Ultimate in the afternoon. Recovery hour-run tomorrow, 14 Tuesday.
