Ran ekiden. It was fine. No strong feelings about it...just do it and have fun every year. LOVED Tomino sensei's glitter under her eyes.

Oh I remember now...IT WAS HARD. I was so tired because I don't do speed work. Gotta work on getting my KNEES UP. My lungs were wracked afterwards and I was tired after the race. Like really really tired. It was the lactic acid build up that I'm not used to.


Jog home from Kakidomari. Went nice and slow. Even though it was a long run I felt okay. Definitely tired. Took a 1hr nap today.
