Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Went for a couple of runs over break but this is the beginning of training. Did a shorter variation of the 4 mile loop because I was shooting for around 20 mins. Plan is to stick around 20 mins this week and move up week to week. Definitely out of shape but the run didn’t feel horrible (not great either through). My knee was hurting for a good amount of the run but I was able to get used to it. Getting an MRI soon to see what’s up.
