Comments:
Run 2 miles - 1/2 mile on 6-6.5, then to 7 until 1.5 miles. Finished the rest on 7.7, 7.9 and 8. Felt great as I went on. Finished strong and not winded.
Had an actual breakfast today, bagel and green smoothie. Also had a granola bar before going to work out.

3 rounds of 50lbs dumbbell cleans - 20 (10 per arm)
