Comments:
Felt strong today. Ran up the hill, down, then around. My legs didn't feel tired and I feel good right now. My muscles are starting to get used to things I think. Gotta keep moving in the right direction. Although my stomach looks the same, I feel good. This is more important. I want to DO not just look certain way.
