Comments:
Ran and did some strength. Ate well. I had 1.5 beers, potato soup, rye bread, curry/rye bread, grapes, and the last of my cream cheese/strawberry dessert.

The only thing I'm kicking myself is this morning's breakfast. I didn't prep any eggs or fish so I ended up being hungry after the rice/miso soup. So I ate a piece of bread LOADED with strawberry jam and cream cheese...not awesome.

Overall feeling pretty good. I think these next few rainy days will be good to reset myself to rest. I ran a lot last week...mainly because I had time and didn't have any reason NOT to. But these next few rainy days will lower my metabolism a little bit. I need a healthier snack than all of that cream cheese...
