30 min run
Got to the track started speeding up the last 5 min.
Did the full set of my dynamic exercises. then 3x16 sec 100m. (I don't think it was 100m, but whatever the length of the straight is.)
Then I ran 10 min home.
Now I am at Cocowalk on my day off to relax and get some stuff done. I am loving it!!!
