Comments:
Today I had one of the best days on the river in recent memory. I went out for about 31 minutes, so a stone's throw past the railway bridge, and then actually rolled up the Penn track team on the way back; although laboring bit to do so, this was only during the last mile. As for the rest of the run, I had that rare sensation of feeling a little bit tired in the legs, while still being able to run at a decent clip, the elusive, so-called "quality recovery," I suppose. To top it all off, there was barely any wind!
