Comments:
. . . or at least what I imagine it might feel like, given those stories of cyclists who would feel week and faint, and then get on the bike and ride a killer workout/time trial. Likewise, I felt quite sore before starting this run, and thought I'd only drag myself through 45 minutes, but before I knew it I was off to the races, pounding away in the swankier developments away from the beach and towards Lewes, and bringing several minutes at tempo effort to a natural end and cool down.
