Comments:
Aerobics, ins and outs around track, 2 hills at AU, 800m all out, tempo back to school. Paced cirrus and cumulus boys on hills. Paced Samet on 800m (2:23). Paced Linnea on tempo. Probably could have gone near 2:10 on the 800m if I'd been going all out. Second lap was 10sec slower than first.
