Remember Gloves next time! First time doing workout on Binghamton Track. Ran down, did simple 4-8-4 interval, ran back up to dorm. NOTE: It's an uphill cooldown, so after speed, feel free to take MORE of a rest before going back, because running up a hill after a speed workout is just not very fun.
