Sligo Run

Comments:
Started the run down to the Sligo trail. First thirty seconds I had no knee pain and then it came back, but in a subtle way not really that painful. Before the run I had warmed up on a stationary bike and then did a decent stretch, so maybe that helps. Legs felt heavy from all the biking and I’m definitely out of shape because I felt super heavy. However, I still felt fine and I wasn’t actually straining. Went out and back in the trail, 10 out and 10 back. Knee was on and off with more off than on. The last 5 minutes it started to hurt a decent amount. We’ll see how it feels tomorrow.
