Comments:
Turns out promising things to running-log in the middle of the night holds me accountable. Ran more than the ten minutes I'd planned on. Felt incredibly awful as I'd expected to, but proud of myself for getting out and trying. Gonna run 12-14 mins tomorrow (since promising it here will guilt me into doing it then). It's hard to be proud and not frustrated already with my incredibly slow pace/short distance/complete exhaustion, but I know I've just got to reevaluate my expectations for myself for right now and if I stick with it I will get back to the kind of runs I was doing last year.
