Weather: pretty damn warm

yesterday must have really wore me out, because i actually slept in today, a little bit too much maybe, got a late start on the day. sore everywhere, i think even the golfing made me a little sore. pretty solid run, i didn't feel particularly fast, but form was really smooth.

np to lee warmup, fartlek up shelbourne to wvc, back sp to lee, looped back around to courtland, got back to the lake, then cooled down back. pretty pooped by the last couple intervals.

lifted and ups after, the soreness made it that much tougher.
