Weather: 52-54 felt like 50. S-SE wind6-9MPH. 58% HUM

Comments:
Went around 12:20. Should have went slower off the start but I just can't get myself too, idk why. Shin splints worst of any day this week but mild. Couple flares around 3.2,4.2 and 8ish. Stopped at 6.0 at shawn's prob 5 mins. After that ran into the wind last 4.5 mostly uphill. Legs felt pretty shot with 2 left. Overall hardest run in a while feel wise but we are moving up.
