Weather: 48 feel like 43. 17MPH W. 43% HUM
Comments:
Felt good cardio wise. Wind just in mile 1 and 2-3 were high. Didn't look at watch and went very even. Shin splint mild-medium very concerning for tomorrows long run. Need to ice & stretch. Ran with mask for the first time, had no effect on HR but def made breathing harder
