Weather: 54-57 (52-54).10-14MPH wind SW-SSW.30% HUM

Comments:
Overall felt solid. Legs were a little heavy but I felt controlled. Went off feel. First 5 were good and easy. Second half was into the wind and hills. Wind pretty much hit mile 6-10. Mile 6 & 7 were slowest at 7:15, def because of wind - over all elevation increase is not that much here. Last mile hit like 6:37 little too quick but went off feel and the wind died down. Overall pace was 7:03 and even though last week was 6:56 my AVG HR and Max were greater on this running proving wind is the worst. Shin splints were mild. Flare at the start like usually, 4.4mi and 5.5 mi
