Comments:
Head wind mile 1 & 3.5.
Took this one super easy. 7:20-30 pace legit feels like a crawl which is good I guess. Going easier def helped my shin only felt very beginning and after I finished- kind of. Need to drown out the noise can't let other peoples runs & paces influence me. Fuck em.
