Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 45, feel 37, 15 MPH wind W, 30% HUM

Comments:
Wind gusts were chilly. Head wind mile 1 and 3. Took this run easy again like yesterday. Pace feels very easy but I can feel my legs (heavy/tight) more when I go slow. HR is good at this pace, would like it to be in the 130s if possible but doesn't look like it. Picked up the last mile, still basing most of these runs off feel, not looking at watch unless I'm really trying to take it easy 7:20-7:45 pace. Shin splint was mild during the run, felt it a good amount after. Both patellar tendons acting up for the first time in a while just walking around today, right one def more but fine on run. Garmin has been saying my training is unproductive due to lack of rest/recovery or not training hard enough...still in optimal range though. VO2 max steady at 63 for a while now...would love to get it past 65 (peak around half marathon in October) 69 maybe ;)
