Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran with the dog on the Sligo Creek trail and went to the right. I felt much better today and so I dropped the pace down. The breathing and my legs felt good for the first 3/4 of the run, but I could feel the endurance starting to drop off in the last 1/4 when the breathing and legs got heavier. We'll see how I feel tomorrow. Now entering week two, where I'm doing around 30 minutes every run.
