Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran with my sister. She wasn't feeling great so we stopped to stretch once or twice and did a lot of dodging into streets to avoid people. I felt good and it was nice to have company. I still haven't been running so much, but I've been walking 4-6 miles every day and been trying to do 10 mins of abs every day too. Gonna keep working on running more too though.
