Weather: 48-46 (45-43) 8-10 mph NE wind. 45% HUM

Comments:
Weather was good, periodic wind but nothing bad. Little chilly so ideal weather is probably 50 with low HUM, just an FYI. Going to try to hit close to 40 this week, maybe 38. Felt good overall, consciously tried tried to shorten my stride to increase cadence and lower vertical and it kid of worked 163 avg. cadence, 1.37 stride, 11.8cm lift. However, I think this increased my HR slightly...maybe.Shin was mild and pretty good. Mile 1 was 136 BPM :)
