(Basic) Progression Run

Comments:
Trying to figure out what the perfect running temp is, if this was less humid it could have been. Wind was good today I think NW is the best for me from here bu NE isn't bad. Decided to make this basic run a quick one by not looking at my watch then since I'm refraining from any actual workouts tempo/intervals I made it a progression effort. Overall felt good and controlled and the HR showed that. I think when I find a groove like this my HR stays steady. Only time I felt heavy was the hill at 3.5ish. Ice massage after, need to stretch and take tomorrows 9 easy - 7:30 pace maybe. Shin felt good, best day in a while...knock on wood for tomorrow

First time in 3 weeks or so the Garmin is reading my training as PRODUCTIVE...we'll see how long it lasts. Still looking at 55ish to start anaerobic stuff. Insoles @ 246 miles today
