Weather: 54-52 (48-46) ESE 13 70% HUM
Comments:
Could have worn short sleeve. Wind was in my face last 2 miles. Felt a little heavy in the legs but I wanted to take this run easy any ways. Doing more research I guess most of my training (aerobic) should be done around <148 BPM so I should be getting some runs in around here...this one worked for that theory. Kept it controlled pretty much hitting 7:20s shin was mild had a flare at 5.38 mi. Right outer ankle/foot hasn't stopped hurting since I stopped writing about it but it is not hurting on runs just walking and to touch/pressure more questions for my podiatrist :). Decided to hit 44 this week (10% increase) I think I can hit 75miles with a double Tuesday and Friday like college and keep the miles realistic. 80+ will prove difficult I think but I don't think I'll be going there, 80 is prob a cap.
