Felt warmer than it was. Took this run on the easy side since the last two days were quicker. Did not feel great, due for it I guess. Legs felt heavy - should stretch, ice, roll, and do hips more. Only looked at my watch on the miles to maintain easiness. 2 and 6 quick like always even besides that. Last mile was slower because with 0.5 to go Spotify fucked and it threw me. Kind of glad I didn't feel great so I could take it easy. May take tomorrow quicker. Still holding out on workouts until next week or the week after. Same HR as yesterday even though 1 mile shorter and a slower...
