Comments:
I pledged to myself last night that I would go on a run in the morning. Then I tried to do my coding project, which made me very frustrated. Didn't get enough sleep as a result but didn't want to incur the wrath of me-from-10-hours ago.
Felt really, really, really bad. Quads hurt despite having stretched them. Felt like this slow pace was harder than it should be. Good for fitness at least. Was difficult to appreciate the beauty of an almost-empty Rock Creek when I was straight up not having a good time, but it is nice not to have to dodge someone every 30 seconds.


Saw people on the trail that looked somewhat like Matt Simonson and Alex Jacoby but I think my sleep-deprived brain can't process faces.
