Decided to do this backwards for tail wind on Libby...wasn't there. Not sure if the hills are better this way or forwards. I felt like complete shit around 4.5ish on. Wanted this to be an easy run 7:15-7:45 after yesterdays effort which it was besides 7:11 on mile 4 but that was the middle street downhill so doesn't matter. Heat was def an issue I was very dehydrated. Need to really chug water on ays like this. Hot spots hurt on libby, shin was hurting medium, chaffed left thigh like you read about just trash all around. Last miles were slower because up hill of course but that is fine. HR was too high for the pace but not the feel cause it was shit. Going to cut back tomorrow I think, we'll see on the run. Hopefully Saturday's 14 isn't like this.
