Comments:
007 loop again after taking my first assessment this morning! Unfortunately I think I picked the warmest part of the day to run so that wasn't great. Second loop did feel better than the first.
Very very warm and did feel dehydrated. Crunch prog, planks and some Pilates later. after playing tennis I think there's something wrong with the arch of my foot .. may be time to get new running shoes?
