Long(ish) run

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: almost perfect, a little warm

Couldn't remember if I needed to do the south overlook loop to get the full 10. On my way back I realized I did but at that point I was hurrying to get to 1-2-1 before it closed so I figured it wasn't a big deal since I was going to add to the mileage anyway. I actually felt good on this long run, so I should be able to up it to 11 or 12 next week, though I'll probably stop my long runs there; I don't see much of a point (for me) in going any longer than 12. Anyway, pleasant day, pleasant run. My knee did hurt, but that's to be expected; I don't think it's going to turn into a problem.
