Oh, my back! (and calves)

Weather: A little warm

My calves and back were toasted from running so hard yesterday. I was still able to run pretty strong, though. We kept it under control and chopped off a couple of miles to make sure we get the recovery we needed for an obviously hard effort. Have I mentioned that I couldn't be happier with where my running is at this point? Super awesome yeah!
