Comments:
Weather was a little on the warm side but fine. Felt good from the start of this one which is a good feeling. Decided to not look at my watch, only at the miles and just chilled. Hit paces pretty even 7:15 first and slowest, 6:55 fastest. HR was alright, would like it to be AVG a little lower and max sub 160. Shin felt better, back on feet soak and ice cup after. Head wind gusts last 1.5
