Weather: 73 (72) SSW 13MPH wind 30% HUM
Comments:
Went off feel not checking watch which is nice. Shin felt ok, not great not bad. Wind was BRUTAL 1.5-3.3ish miles. Decided to change the route and take a left and go through the airbase, maybe backwards would be good too. It was hot today and will be worse tomorrow, going try to get up and run in the AM. Should have tried to slow down but was just going with it. HR was higher than yesterday due to wind and heat, first mile was 130 and the rest were 150s def started feeling it the last 2-3 miles cause of the heat. This week is going better than last i think. Plan for the rest of the week is 7-8 tomorrow, 4-5 Saturday AM, then cottage and Sunday 12 miles with Shawn and Nolan at the cottage...we'll see how that goes.
