Weather: Nice! 70’s!
Comments:
Definitely feeling some leg fatigue with 3 days in a row of hilly trail runs plus all the core/strengthening exercises. Legs felt super heavy today. So much so that “I cant run up hills today!” ... Really fun though to get on the “Sierra Nevada 50 course” ... Had a ton of flashbacks - really fond memories of that race (I was 2/2 - hadn’t lost!) ... you forget how technical some sections are, but really enjoyable with all the variation.
