Pretty full day ... Starting Coaching Check-in’s (aka performance reviews) with my team. Did a few today with my main 2 Assistant Directors. They’ve grown a ton and the growth of the Drive-Thru has a lot to do with their influence and presence.

Got to watch the girls tonight which is always a good time. They helped me do the dishes (they offered!) and we rotated who read for Storytime.

After they went down for bed - did the usual 30min core/leg/butt circuit. Felt good to work on some mobility and loosen the legs up a bit.

Also, as an early Fathers Day gift - got a CA Poppy Pass! Can finally park at Lower Quarry or even Drivers Flat (for free!) which will be super nice and convenient for planning Summer runs.
