Comments:
Decided to make this mid week long run a little shorter than usual but still longer. Was going to go off my schedule and keep Wednesday easy, like 7-8 but deiced against it. Didn't feel great overall but the pace felt easy as I went along. Ended with two loops at memes, didn't want to map out 10 off my 9 miler. HR was ok would like it lower but since I didn't feel great and it was hot and humid makes sense. Cottage Friday-Saturday then Boston Saturday maybe so need to plan my miles accordingly.
