Comments:
With Griff and LT, who's in town. Nice run and great to be back in the Wiss. My foot didn't feel too bad at all, and I wish I could've kept going after. Going to take tomorrow off but do week 5 PACE strength. Feel good about this week and feel ready to add on a few more miles next week.
