Comments:
First of two doubles this week. Doubling is easy becasue I know I'm going slow and short. It's hard going this slow lol and I should be going a little slower too. Shin hurt after this, top of left foot still hurting as well. Garmin still unproductive, will probably be the same after my easier run tomorrow.
