Comments:
Was a lot more tired and stiff this morning than yesterday, makes sense with the workout and double. This run was tiring and heavy. Got a little pop the last mile but tried to stay controlled. Soaking feet as we speak and gotta ice the foot finally. Need to be in bed by 8:00pm tonight to get up and hit the small breakfast, warmup and long run. Garmin on productive with level load VO2 67
