Comments:
Only one actual workout this week so just made this a more up tempo basic run. Felt pretty tired once I woke up but solid after the first mile. Last 5 mins or so were harder but not bad. Overall good run, felt motivated. Still taking protein after all of my runs, love it. Signed up for the cape cod half so my training is now official. Let's go. Garmin still productive
