Comments:
Very good long run. Felt good and easy. Humid as hell but cooler which is the biggest factor. Decided to do 15 mid run and def good idea. Felt great. Cruised the last 5 crushed the last two, 5:54 5:28. Love that even with the rolling hills my HR was lower than last week. VO2 at 69, nice and training productive. Need to run at least 2, prob 4 tomorrow. Maybe with Mollie. Off to Brads...lets go
