Comments:
Brutal start to the week. Was still very tired when I woke up, shit warm up, shit hydration yesterday, and barely ate any food yesterday. Had to take a quick break at the cottage bar then finish. HR was high for the pace and effort was also high for the pace...hopefully the cooler weather actually comes this week and maybe I'll feel a little better. Garmin still unproductive
