Comments:
No workout on the training for today so decided to just go off how I feel and take it easy. Was very tired, most tired I've been in a while so had a bad feeling. Was nervous off the top that I was going to tank again but kind of got into a groove. Being <70 at the start def helped and I took it easy. Lake St hills felt and the randolph st hill but was able to pick it up the last 4 pretty naturally. Still not back to two-three weeks ago shape and Garmin still unproductive but moving forward. VO2 at 68 training load around 850...dinner in Hull tonight with Meme so idk what's up with my double - may skip or shorten
