Went to Hull with Meme for dinner so ran with Mollie again. Low key love these runs cause 1. Time with Mollie, 2. Slow pace is great for my recovery/aerobic base. Poured for most of the run lol kind of fun. Felt easy, glad cause pace was slow but quicker than my other two runs with Mollie. She leaves Thursday :( HR was lower than usual at this pace, nice. Garmin still hates me though, unproductive. Still unsure if it's because of the lower intensity/pace runs or because I'm training too hard - felt like ass last week and hard HR long run...?
