Comments:
Decided to run after puck today. Feeling really guilty from the weekend so decided to put in a few miles, better than nothing. Was very hot but wasn't terrible actually. Had a cramp for 4/5 miles but was manageable. HR was higher than it should be but felt easy. Garmin on maintaining, not sure if it would be peaking or unproductive if I didn't run. VO2 68 and load 624. Shooting for 75 this week...depending on feel and cottage
