Comments:
Much better run than I've been having recently. Still not to the standards that I achieved in May. May have broken 7min/km if I didn't stop for a short talk with Miro Dimitrov! Still faster than my last couple of runs over this route. If I lost some of the weight I've gained, I might take those few seconds off my time! It will come.
