Comments:
Really dig this short, steep climb down/up to Crescent Beach. Super runnable and just enough to "feel the burn" ... Was originally planning on running on the beach, but the return-head-wind was brutal .... Glad I called an audible bc it was super fun to do some hill repeats for the first time so far in this season of training.
Almost 1,500' of gain!
