Comments:
2 mile warmup 4 mile tempo run 4 mile cooldown. Tempo went ok ran for 20 minutes, probably aroubnd 520 pace, the course we thought we had ended up being short, fiorst mile killed me it was around 510. lucas was in front of me by 30 seconds at the end. 4 mile cooldown.
