Comments:
Just wanted to get in a quick three before leaving for the Browns game. Started the run at 8:40 am which is way too early for me. Guess the time isn't too bad then. Here are the splits 7:05, 13:50(6:45), 19:47(5:57). Just 6 laps around the block. Not bad. Def maintaining.
