Was 55 when I woke up at 6:45...fuck I wish this was tomorrow's weather. Little on the humid side but the wind is trending low, which is good. Felt super easy on this run just a little groggy...waking up early and coffee should help tomorrow. Kept this easy and did 6 strides at the end and rounded off to 6 miles. Feel decent for the race tomorrow...still getting over some sore throat/shit issue but we'll see. Garmin was still peaking before this run with load of 358...post run now in recovery, load 396, recovery 15 hours (good) and races went up a little...15:40, 33:06, 1:13, 2:35:25...
