long run

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: too hot

from house 2 up NP to the further Shaker lake, water break at 4.5 miles, kept going up NP to Shelburne around JCU some and back the same way, stopping again for water at 10.5 miles, then back normal way.

felt crappy from the beginning, but I found that no matter how fast or slow I went (cut down from about 7:00 to 6:15's by the end) I didn't hurt any more or feel any better, so I finally just nutted up and picked up the pace. this odd feeling was probably due to the fact that I got about 5.5 hours of sleep last night, so I felt like I was just in a constant state of fatigue that didn't have anything to do with long running today.

on that note, this run is as good as it gets w/o sleeping much.
